1. Information about the collection of personal data 

With this Privacy Policy we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that personally identifies a person, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

When you contact us via a contact form, we save the data you share (your e-mail address and, if applicable, your name and telephone number) in order to answer your question. We delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer necessary, or limit the processing if statutory retention obligations exist.

If we make use of contracted service providers for individual functions of our offering or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes below. We will also specify the defined criteria for the storage period.

We do not intend to transfer your personal information to a country outside the European Union or an international organization. However, due to the technical structure of the Internet, the retrieval of data from our website taking a transport route outside the European Union cannot be excluded.

Unless otherwise stated in the following text, you are not obligated to provide personal data.

3. Collection of personal data when visiting our website

When using the website purely for information purposes, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure its stability (the legal basis for this is art. 6 (1) (1) f) GDPR):

In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard disk in the browser you use and through which certain information flows to the institution that sets the cookie (here: us). Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the Internet offering more user-friendly and effective overall.

4. Cookies

This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and functioning of which are explained below:

Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. This includes in particular the session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which different requests of your browser can be assigned to the common session. This allows your computer to be recognized again when you return to our website. Session cookies are deleted when you log out or close your browser.

Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depending on the cookie. You can delete cookies at any time in the security settings of your browser.

You can configure your browser settings according to your wishes and, for example, refuse the acceptance of third-party cookies or all cookies. Please note that you may not be able to use all functions of this website.

5. Newsletter

With your consent you can subscribe to our newsletter, which we use to inform you about our current interesting offerings. The advertised goods and/or services are named in the declaration of consent.

We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for the registration to our newsletter. This means that after your registration, we will send an e-mail to the specified e-mail address in which we ask you to confirm that you would like the newsletter to be sent. If you do not confirm your registration within 24 hours, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. In addition, we store your used IP addresses and the time of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to be able to prove your registration and, if necessary, to clarify a possible misuse of your personal data.

The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. The indication of additional, separately marked data is voluntary and is used to be able to address you personally.After your confirmation we will save your data for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. The legal basis for this is art. 6 (1) (1) a) GDPR. 

You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can cancel your subscription by clicking on the link provided in every newsletter e-mail, by sending an e-mail to info@oneal-europe.com, or by sending a message to the contact details specified in the imprint.

Please note that we analyze your user behavior when sending the newsletter. For the analysis, the e-mails we send contain so-called web beacons, also called tracking pixels, which are single-pixel image files that are saved on our website. For the analysis, we link the data specified in section 3 and the web beacon with your e-mail address and an individual ID. The data is collected in strictly pseudonymous form. Thus, the IDs are not linked to your other personal data so any direct reference to your person can be excluded.

You may object to this tracking at any time by clicking on the separate link provided in each e-mail or by contacting us in any other way. The information will be saved as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. If you unsubscribe, we will only store the data statistically and anonymously.

6. Use of our online store

1. If you want to order from our online store, in order to conclude the contract you must provide the personal data we need to process your order.The information required to conclude the contract is marked as such; any further information is voluntary.We use the data you provide to process your order.For this purpose, we may pass on your payment data to our own bank.The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (1) b) GDPR.
2. You can choose whether or not to create a customer account, via which we can store your data for future purchases.When you create an account, the data you provide will be stored with your right to revoke it.We can delete all other data, including your user account, at any time upon request.
3. We may also process the information you provide to send you e-mails with technical information.
4. We are obliged by commercial and tax law to store your address, payment, and order data for a period of ten years.

In order to prevent unauthorized access by third parties to your personal data during transmission, in particular financial data, the order process is encrypted using TLS technology.

7. Web Analytics

Use of Google Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, LLC. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, i.e. text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have activated IP anonymization on this website. Therefore, your IP address will first be truncated by Google within Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the complete IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of analyzing your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity, and providing the website operator with other services relating to website activity and Internet usage.

Google will not associate the IP address transmitted by your browser with any other data held by Google.

This website uses Google Analytics with the “_anonymizeIp()” extension. This means that IP addresses are truncated before being processed and so cannot be associated with any individual person. We use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly enhance the use of our website. The resulting statistics allow us to improve our offerings and make them more interesting for you, the user. We have included YouTube videos in our online offering, which are stored at http://www.YouTube.com and are playable directly from our website.These are all integrated and embedded in "Privacy Enhanced Mode”; this means that no data about you as user is transferred to YouTube if you do not play the videos.Only when you play the videos are the data listed under b) transmitted.We have no influence over this data transfer.
